Born and Raised helps build communication and family togetherness through the sharing and documentation of family stories.

Our family histories and experiences are complex, dynamic, and oftentimes a mystery. The documenting and discovery of family stories provides a space for individuals and families to develop knowledge of self, family identity and deeper understanding of cultural roots and ancestral wisdom. Those who understand and embrace their family story can experience greater levels of self love, acceptance, belonging and purpose. Knowing who we are and where we came from can enable us to live more powerful lives.

Our vision is to center family stories as a way to bring more joy, love, balance, healing, meaning and connection in our world.
